I understand that Laser Fun Zone is a smoke and drug free facility. I understand employees are not permitted to smoke on or around Laser Fun Zone premises, including the parking area. All employees are subject to random drug testing at any time. I understand that Laser Fun Zone requires all employees to work weekends, holidays and evenings. I am willing and available to work these hours. I understand that calling in sick Friday, Saturday & Sunday requires me to see a doctor on the day of calling in sick and provide a note signed by the doctor upon my return to work.
